FLOWCHEM make PPC series Hot oil pump are single stage, end suction, top center line discharge, centrally mounted, horizontal centrifugal pumps. They are highly efficient & rigid construction & most reliable in back pull out construction Due to all the above features they reduce the pumping cost They are most suitable for pumping corrosive & non corrosive hot liquid up to the temp of 350 deg C They are available in wide range of heads & discharges. They are supplied with water cooled bearing housing, jacketed stuffing box for the cooling of stuffing box & water cooled pads under casing for the cooling of casing. Due to centrally mounted expansion of casing due to high temp of liquid being pumped is reduced to half upwards & downwards to avoid undue stresses on casing & delivery piping

1. PPC Pumps are offered with Closed Impeller as well as semi open impeller.
2. Impellers are provided with Back Vane to minimize Axial Thrust.
3. Flange Rating PN 16 and drilled to DIN standard to meet ISO 2858 requirements. 
4. Shaft Sealing by GRAFOIL PACKING. 
5. They are also offered with Mechanical Seals ( SINGLE SPRING / METALLIC BELLOW)
6. Jacketing for Cooling offered for S/Box, Casing Pedestal and Bearing- Housing, 
7. Standard Bearing or Special Heavy Duty Bearing arrangements are also available.
